Utilizing Next Step's proven methodology and tools, the key responsibilities include the following:
Project Manage vendor core system evaluations and selections for banks and credit unions.
Assess system and process needs.
Develop RFPs / Requirement Documents.
Facilitate decision / selection process.
Project Manage conversions to the selected systems.
Key qualifications include:
Conversion experience working at a banking / credit union software company or consulting firm.
Basic familiarity with Core System functionality (such as Fiserv, Open Solutions, Jack Henry, Symitar, FIS, Finastra, CSI, etc.).
Bank Operations knowledge (such as back-office deposits, ACH, loan servicing, branch operations, etc.).
Excellent communication skills.
Enthusiastic and organized.
Ability to travel significantly (all expenses reimbursed)
